<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\nA private personal chef may work for an employer from a primary residence and or holiday homes, on a yacht, or even on their employer\u2019s private plane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our chefs will perform the majority of his or her work independently but under our constant control and supervision. They may also work closely with other chefs or housekeepers to ensure that our clients\u2019 operations run smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The majority of private chefs may work for a single employer as a live-in or live out daily employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our private chefs will develop an awareness of their employers\u2019 needs, as well as their particular likes and dislikes as far as food is concerned. We will assist them in planning and executing bespoke menus to their employers\u2019 preferences paying attention to preferences, allergies and other special dietary requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A private chef could also be responsible for provisioning\/ shopping for food, menu planning, preparing and cooking meals for their employer(s), staff and guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our chefs will produce visually pleasing meals and work in a clean and tidy manner maintaining the kitchen to our high standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A private chef will be very aware of food safety and hygiene and will ensure food rotation is managed properly. In larger residences or staffed households a personal chef may manage a small team that they are able to delegate some of these tasks to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As the majority of our personal chefs perform their cooking duties independently and as such are solely responsible for the dishes they prepare, our chefs will be fully trained and experienced in all aspects of their profession prior to taking a job as a personal chef with our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
